Roxann joined the company in May 2024 to support accounts receivable operations for a high-volume Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) contract managing more than 400 trips daily through a network of 12 subcontractors. Her background in records auditing, logistics and vendor coordination enabled her to develop effective workflows and strengthen reconciliation processes. She is known for excelling at investigating complex issues and breaking down information into clear, actionable communication for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Roxann also contributes to a variety of data analysis and financial projects, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
