Crystal joined the company in February 2024 to support logistical planning for a high-volume Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) contract, coordinating more than 400 daily trips and working closely with over 12 subcontracted multi-state transportation providers. As the organization expanded, she assumed additional leadership responsibilities, providing training, coaching, and daily oversight for a growing team of schedulers while ensuring trip details are accurate and service requirements are met to deliver safe, reliable transportation for Veterans. Her team works closely with Veterans, authorized trip requestors, and clients to manage trip confirmations, VetRide operations, and scheduling coordination. In addition to leading daily scheduling operations, she provides management with valuable feedback on operational challenges and service area needs, helping to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance overall service delivery.
