Christie Hinterstein

Christie began her career with the company as the Onsite Coordinator for the San Diego VA Medical Center April 2025, where she quickly demonstrated a strong ability to manage operations, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service outcomes. Her attention to detail and commitment to team success led to expanded responsibilities supporting multiple transportation programs. As a Contract Specialist, she oversees the day-to-day operations of several shuttle and fixed-route transportation contracts while ensuring contractual and operational requirements are consistently met. In addition, she continues to support Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) contracts through startup implementation, onboarding, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful contract launches and sustained performance. Christie is also a certified PSSS trainer and a member of IMBServ’s Safety Committee team.
